Analytics summary (local DB) — includes feature usage data.

Admin-only: exposes feature-usage counters + hourly aggregates that
leak internal user behavior. Previously unauthenticated (Backend
specialist review 2026-04-16 P1).

- AnalyticsSummaryResponse: `GET /api/analytics/summary` — admin analytics dashboard data. F4 backfill 2026-05-11. Admin-only. Light-touch typing: declares the three top-level scalars REQUIRED so the FE summary header always renders, plus optional rich aggregator blocks (byEvent / byView / daily / topTickers / etc.) that vary in cardinality. featureUsage merged in at route level is Optional[Dict] — the helper sets it to None on aggregator fail.
