# Follow a 13F filer (free with account, capped)

`POST /api/13f/follows`

## Request

Idempotent follow. Body: {"cik": "1067983"}. status='cap' at the
FOLLOWED_FILERS_CAP bound (200, not 402 -- no tier raises the cap);
status='invalid' on a malformed CIK.

Successful Response

- FollowCreateResponse: POST /api/13f/follows.
  - `status` string, required: 'ok' (created or already followed -- idempotent), 'cap', 'invalid', or 'unavailable'.
  - `count` integer, required: Follow count after the call.
  - `cap` integer, required: FOLLOWED_FILERS_CAP.
