# List the authenticated user's followed 13F filers

`GET /api/13f/follows`

## Request

Newest-first follows with summary-layer names. Error paths still
emit `follows: []` (the frontend iterates without a null-check --
the 2026-04-27 institutional-holders NPE class).

Successful Response

- FollowsListResponse: GET /api/13f/follows.
  - `follows` FollowedFiler[], required: Newest-first. [] on error paths -- the frontend iterates without a null-check.
    - `cik` string, required: Filer CIK, zero-pad-normalized.
    - `name` string, required: Fund name from the latest summary quarter; falls back to the CIK when ingest lags.
    - `latest_quarter` string, nullable: Newest summary quarter for this fund ('2026-Q1'), null when no summary rows exist yet.
    - `last_notified_quarter` string, nullable: Newest quarter this follow was emailed about; null before the first send.
  - `count` integer, required: len(follows).
  - `cap` integer, required: FOLLOWED_FILERS_CAP -- the free-feature abuse bound the UI shows next to the count.
