Successful Response

- Filings13DDetailsResponse: `GET /api/13d/details?accession=…&cik=…` — parsed detail of a single 13D filing. F4 backfill 2026-05-11. Both branches return {accession, details} so the FE drawer renders even on parse failure (details={} + error set).
  - `accession` string, required: Echoed accession number (NNNNNNNNNN-NN-NNNNNN).
  - `details` object, required: Parsed filing detail; empty dict on parse failure. Shape comes from edgar.parse_13d_details() — keys vary by form type.
  - `error` string, nullable
