The A2A Agent Card — canonical `/.well-known/agent-card.json` path.

Served with a 1-hour `max-age` and a content-hash `ETag` per the spec's
discovery guidance; `If-None-Match` gets a 304. The card carries NO
credential, no example key and no internal path: it is a public,
indexable document and is written to be safe as one (CISO-F3).
