# Fetch raw spot-rate overrides.

`GET /v2/spotrates`

Returns only nights where a spot-rate override exists (sparse). For effective computed nightly pricing, use GET /v2/calendar.

## Query parameters

- `property_ids` integer[], nullable
- `from` string, date-time, nullable
- `to` string, date-time, nullable

## Response `200`

A pageable list of spot-rate records.

- PageableEnumerableOfSpotRateModel — Represents a single page plus meta data for a collection of records.
  - `items` SpotRateModel[] — The subset of records for the current page in the collection.
    - `amount` number, nullable — The nightly rate. (NULL use seasonal default)
    - `currency` string — The 3-character currency in which the amount is specified. This field is used only on PATCH. The currency supplied must match the currency configured for the property in OwnerRez. It is not included in responses.
    - `date` string, date-time, required — The date on which this spot rate is effective. Forms a unique key along with PropertyId.
    - `is_arrival_disallowed` boolean, nullable — Disallow arrival. (NULL use season or property rule)
    - `is_departure_disallowed` boolean, nullable — Disallow departure. (NULL use season or property rule)
    - `is_gap_required` boolean, nullable — Only allow either arrival or departure on this day, not both. If this property is set to true, arrival and departure values will be ignored.
    - `max_nights` integer, nullable — The maximum number of nights. (NULL use season or property rule)
    - `min_nights` integer, nullable — The minimum number of nights. (NULL use season or property rule)
    - `overrides_gap_arrival` boolean, nullable — Should the arrival rule apply even if there are gap rules.
    - `overrides_gap_departure` boolean, nullable — Should the departure rule apply even if there are gap rules.
    - `overrides_gap_min_nights` boolean, nullable — Should the minimum number of nights apply even if there are gap rules.
    - `property_id` integer, required — The ID of the property to which this spot rate applies. Forms a unique key along with Date.
  - `limit` integer — The maximum number of records per page.
  - `next_page_url` string — URL to fetch the next page of records. A null value indicates that there are no more pages in the collection.
  - `offset` integer — The current offset from the start of the collection.
