# Fetch the account's rental agreements, without their bodies.

`GET /v2/agreements`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ownerrez.com`
- URL: `https://api.ownerrez.com/v2/agreements`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic

## Query parameters

- `active` boolean, nullable
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`

A list of agreement models.

- PageableListOfAgreementViewModel: Represents a single page plus meta data for a collection of records.
  - `items` AgreementViewModel[]: The subset of records for the current page in the collection.
    - `id` integer: The ID of this record.
    - `created_utc` string, date-time: The date and time this record was created.
    - `updated_utc` string, date-time, nullable: The date and time this record was last updated.
    - `active` boolean: Whether the agreement is active. A turned-off agreement asks no new booking to sign it.
    - `body` string: The agreement body (HTML). Null on list rows.
    - `description` string: The agreement's description.
    - `name` string: The agreement's name.
  - `limit` integer: The maximum number of records per page.
  - `next_page_url` string: URL to fetch the next page of records. A null value indicates that there are no more pages in the collection.
  - `offset` integer: The current offset from the start of the collection.
  - `count` integer: The total number of records in the collection.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed, a parameter failed to bind, or the payload failed validation.
- `401`: No credentials were supplied, or the token is invalid, expired or inactive.
- `403`: The credential is not allowed to perform this action — a read-only token on a write, a blocked IP, or a locked or closed account.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Back off and retry.
- `500`: An unexpected server error occurred.
- `503`: A temporary upstream or infrastructure failure. Retry later.
