Add a subscriber to the daily concept email list.

Bot-filtered like /api/subscribe (honeypot + IANA TLD + MX check). This
endpoint originally validated only `"@" in email`, and bots found it —
the 2026-06/07 garbage signups (info@grof-onam-.gdd etc.) all came in
through here. Generic 400 so bots can't probe which layer tripped.
