Open-tracking pixel embedded in daily emails. Returns a 1x1 transparent
GIF and logs (email_hash, day) to gs://ogt-briefings/email/open-log/. The
HMAC-hashed `e` value can be reverse-looked-up server-side for any known
subscriber email — see email_tracking.email_hash().
