Buyer self-service: re-address a just-completed video-product
purchase. The Stripe session id (only the buyer holds it — it is in
their success URL) is the credential; Stripe must report the session
paid and the tier must be a video product. Correction rules
(same session_id, max re-addresses, fulfillment send) live in
``buyer_email.correct_purchase_email``, shared with the admin resend.
