`POST /v1/pdf/generate`

## Request

Enqueue a PDF generation job for a report.

## Request body

- GeneratePdfRequest
  - `report_id` string, required
  - `client_id` string, required
  - `format` 'A4' | 'Letter', required
  - `orientation` 'portrait' | 'landscape', required

## Response `202`

PDF generation queued

- GeneratePdfResponse
  - `success` true, required
  - `data` object, required
    - `job_id` string, required
    - `message` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The report is a dashboard, which has no pages to paginate
- `503`: S3 not configured
