`POST /v1/ask-oviond`

## Request

One chat turn in the user's own conversation: a new question (a new conversation when `id` doesn't exist yet), answers to approval cards, or a retry. Streams an AI SDK UI message stream (server-sent events); the question and the reply are stored.
