# What a proposed configuration change would disturb

`GET /api/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/config-impact`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.outrival.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.outrival.com/api/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/config-impact`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Ask before writing: which running experiments and rules this would touch.

Side-effect free — the same question ``apply_campaign_config`` answers by
refusing, asked in advance. ``disturbs_anything`` false means the change can
be applied without a consent step; anything else has to be shown to the
operator first, and each rule's ``allowed_actions`` says what may be done
about it. Each affected experiment also carries a fold / merge / conflict
decision computed from the three-way section diff.
