`POST /api/v1/responsys/events`

## Request

Apply registered event fields without creating, scheduling or reopening a contact.

  - `WorkstreamId` string, uuid, required
  - `event` object, required

- `403`: Live campaign-scoped key and ingestion setup required
- `409`: Conflicting event quarantined without contact mutation
- `422`: Invalid source event or registered contract
- `503`: Storage unavailable; retry the identical event
