# Provision Outwatch Contact Route

`POST /api/v1/outwatch/contacts/provision`

- OutWatchContactRequest
  - `campaign_id` string, uuid, required
  - `phone_number` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- OutWatchContactResponse
  - `campaign_contact_id` string, uuid, required
  - `status` string, required

## Other responses

- `409`: The OutWatch contact is already in progress
- `422`: Campaign has no contact owner or contact is not callable
