# One experiment in full

`GET /api/v1/experiments/{experiment_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.outrival.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

The experiment with its groups, enrolment counts and launch forecast.

Per-group ``allocation`` is a proportion in 0..1 and ``allocation_total``
and ``unallocated`` are the same scale; ``allocation_bp`` beside them is the
stored basis points, for a caller that wants the exact integer.

``forecast`` is the launch-time snapshot and is not rewritten. The
running card's "About N more contacts to a verdict" reads the live
horizon at ``forecast_live.required_per_group`` (same integer at
``forecast_live.contacts_needed``). Both are null until the metric
has matured contacts (transfer: 7 days) or the rate is otherwise
not estimable — see :class:`ForecastLive`.

## Response `200`

Experiment detail. Additive live horizon on ForecastLive: forecast_live.required_per_group and forecast_live.contacts_needed. forecast remains the launch snapshot.
