## Other responses

- `202`: Not paid yet; poll
- `400`: Bad order id
- `404`: Not found
- `409`: Key already issued
- `410`: Order closed
- `429`: Rate limited; retry after the Retry-After header
- `503`: Temporarily unavailable; retry
