# Download one file: redirects to a signed URL valid for 15 minutes

`GET /v1/dl/{date}/{name}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://outcometick.com`
- URL: `https://outcometick.com/v1/dl/{date}/{name}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`

The response carries x-outcometick-sha256; verify the bytes against it. The key may be passed as ?api_key= here (and only here) for tools that cannot set headers.

## Path parameters

- `date` string, date, required: UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD
- `name` string, required

## Other responses

- `302`: Redirect to the file
- `400`: Bad date
- `401`: Missing, unknown, revoked or expired key
- `403`: Outside your coverage window
- `404`: No such file in your scope
- `429`: Rate limited; retry after the Retry-After header
- `503`: Temporarily unavailable; retry
