Check if a caller is already registered as a lead in the workspace.

For inbound calls, automatically extracts the caller phone from call context.
If multiple leads share the same phone number, can use name for disambiguation.

## Query parameters

- `phone` string, nullable: Phone number (optional, will use call context if not provided)
- `name` string, nullable: Lead name for disambiguation (optional)
- `call_id` string, required: Call ID from context (auto-injected by Ultravox)
