Copy a use case out of another workspace into this one.

The source is never modified. Fields that cannot cross a workspace boundary are not
copied; use the preview endpoint to see what needs a replacement. Requires editor
access to the source use case.

## Path parameters

- `workspace_id` string, required

## Request body

- UseCaseImportRequest: Copy a use case from another workspace the caller can also read. Every field other than the source pair is a replacement the caller picked in the import preview. Omitting one means "use the default", and the defaults never carry a workspace-scoped value across the workspace boundary.
  - `sourceWorkspaceId` string, required
