- PublicWorkout — Public model for Workout.
  - `id` string, required — Unique identifier of the object.
  - `activity` string, required — Type of the workout activity.
  - `calories` number, nullable — Energy burned in kilocalories during the workout.
  - `day` string, required
  - `distance` number, nullable — Distance traveled in meters during the workout.
  - `end_datetime` string, required
  - `intensity` 'easy' | 'moderate' | 'hard', required — Possible workout intensities.
  - `label` string, nullable — User-defined label for the workout.
  - `source` 'manual' | 'autodetected' | 'confirmed' | 'workout_heart_rate', required — Possible workout sources.
  - `start_datetime` string, required

## Other responses

- `400` — Client Exception
- `401` — Unauthorized access exception. Usually means the access token is expired, malformed or revoked.
- `403` — Access forbidden. Usually means the user's subscription to Oura has expired and their data is not available via the API.
- `404` — Not Found
- `422` — Validation Error
- `429` — Request Rate Limit Exceeded.
