# Start linking or changing the phone number of the account

`POST /api/v1/me/phone/start`

## Request

Sends a code through WhatsApp or Telegram, or returns a Telegram link. A number that belongs to another account is refused with 409 phone_taken only after the code is confirmed. Sets the otprun_phone_bind cookie that later calls need. Answers 403 with code reauth_required when the sign-in is older than 15 minutes.

  - `delivery` 'code' | 'link', required: code: enter the code from WhatsApp or Telegram; link: open tg_link and share the number with the bot

  - `tg_link` string, required: Telegram link for delivery link, empty otherwise
