견과운 임시 다운로드 주소 발급 (약 1분 유효). 공유 링크·비밀번호는 내보내지 않는다.

브라우저는 받은 url 로 이동해 견과운에서 직접 받는다 (Railway 트래픽 없음).
다운로드 알림은 여기서 보낸다. /api/download/track 을 따로 부르지 않는다.

- NutstoreDownloadModel: 견과운 임시 다운로드 주소 요청. product_id 는 다운로드 페이지 카탈로그 id.
