zip 번들을 수신해 docs/ 볼륨을 원자적으로 교체한다.

전송 방식 2가지 모두 허용:
  1. multipart/form-data  field name "file"  (Cloudflare 우회 가능)
  2. raw bytes  Content-Type: application/zip  (내부 네트워크 전용)
