Retrieve a list of CEDAR metadata records associated with a specific registration.
CEDAR metadata records store structured metadata collected from external CEDAR templates and are attached to registrations. Each record corresponds to a specific metadata schema provided by the CEDAR system and enhances the discoverability and documentation of a registration.
#### Permissions
 - Public registrations expose their CEDAR metadata records publicly.
 - Private registrations require appropriate read permissions to view CEDAR metadata records.

#### Returns
 - A JSON object with a `data` array containing CEDAR metadata records related to the registration.

- `registration_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful retrieval of CEDAR metadata records for the specified registration.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized. Authentication is required.
- `403`: Forbidden. You do not have permission to view CEDAR metadata records on this registration.
- `404`: Not Found. No registration matches the given ID.
