# Create Activity Log Entry

`POST /v1/subject-rights/requests/{requestId}/activity-log`

Create an offline activity log entry for a specific Subject Rights request

## Path parameters

- `requestId` string, required

## Request body

- ActivityLogEntry
  - `note` string, required: The note or description of the activity
  - `user` string: The user who performed the action (defaults to API user if not provided)
  - `timestamp` string, date-time: When the action occurred (defaults to current timestamp if not provided)

## Response `204`

Success

- `404`: Not Found
