A wheel of one of OS3's Python clients, by its file name, for `pip install` with this
URL: os3_upload_client-<version>-py3-none-any.whl (the upload client),
os3_cli-<version>-py3-none-any.whl (the os3 command, which needs the upload client),
os3_compare-<version>-py3-none-any.whl (the comparison SDK) and
os3_robot-<version>-py3-none-any.whl (the robot's os3-robot); GET /downloads lists the current
ones. No API key needed.
