# List alert triggers

`GET /v2/alerts/{alert_id}/triggers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://my.orq.ai`
- URL: `https://my.orq.ai/v2/alerts/{alert_id}/triggers`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the trigger history of an alert, newest first. A trigger is one breach incident: it opens when the threshold is first crossed and resolves when the value recovers.

## Path parameters

- `alert_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `starting_after` string
- `ending_before` string

## Response `200`

OK

- ListAlertTriggersResponse
  - `object` string, required: Object discriminator for list responses; always `list`.
  - `data` AlertTrigger[], required: Page of triggers, ordered newest first.
    - `trigger_id` string, required: Unique trigger identifier, for example `trigger_01H...`.
    - `alert_id` string, required: Alert this trigger belongs to.
    - `project_id` string, required: Project that owns the alert.
    - `status` 'open' | 'resolved', required: Whether the breach is ongoing or recovered.
    - `severity` 'critical' | 'degraded': Current tier of the incident.
    - `peak_severity` 'critical' | 'degraded': Worst tier reached while the trigger was open.
    - `opened_at` string, date-time, required: Time when the threshold was first crossed.
    - `resolved_at` string, date-time, nullable: Time when the value recovered. `null` while the trigger is open.
    - `peak_value` number, double, required: Worst observed value while the trigger was open.
    - `last_value` number, double, required: Most recent observed value.
    - `event_count` integer, required: Number of evaluation events recorded on this trigger.
    - `query` AlertQuery
      - `metric` string, required: Source-owned metric identifier. Trace metrics are validated against the Reporting catalogue; runtime metrics are validated against telemetry capabilities in the alert's scope.
      - `filters` MonitorFilter[]: Source-owned filters combined with AND.
        - `field` string, required: Reporting dimension to filter on. Valid fields depend on the metric; validated when the monitor is saved.
        - `op` 'eq' | 'neq' | 'in' | 'not_in' | 'gt' | 'gte' | 'lt' | 'lte' | 'between' | 'contains' | 'exists' | 'not_exists', required: Predicate operator. `eq` and `neq` accept exactly one value; `in` and `not_in` accept 1-100 values.
        - `values` string[], required: Values compared against the selected field.
      - `source` 'ALERT_TELEMETRY_SOURCE_TRACES' | 'ALERT_TELEMETRY_SOURCE_METRICS'
      - `operation` string: Aggregation operation advertised by the selected metric capability. Existing trace queries may omit it; the server resolves their canonical Reporting operation.
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Whether more triggers are available in the selected pagination direction.
