`GET /v1/public/top-miner-payout`

Get the current top miner's estimated emission payout rate in TAO/day and USD/day. Uses the cached metagraph and a periodically refreshed TAO/USD price.

  - `agent_name` string, nullable — Top miner's agent name
  - `tao_per_day` number, nullable — Estimated TAO emitted per day

  - `tao_price_usd` number, nullable — TAO/USD price used for USD estimate
  - `as_of` string, date-time, required — When this payout estimate was computed
