# Today’s free support tokens

`GET /api/v1/support/allowance`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.orgo.ai`
- URL: `https://www.orgo.ai/api/v1/support/allowance`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - none

How many of the day’s free support agent tokens the account has left (150,000 a day: input, output and cache writes; resets at 00:00 UTC), whether answers now come out of its credits, and whether those can take another question. `allowance` is null without a key (questions without one are free, on the visitor limits).

The allowance.

  - `allowance` SupportAllowance, required
    - `free_daily` integer, required: Free support tokens a day: input, output and cache writes (cache reads are free).
    - `free_left` integer, required: Free tokens left today.
    - `paying` boolean, required: Today’s free tokens are used: answers come out of the account’s credits. Never true for an account that isn’t charged (enterprise).
    - `blocked` boolean, required: Paying, and the credits can’t take another question (it would be a 402).
    - `resets_at` string, date-time, required: When the free tokens come back (the next 00:00 UTC).

## Other responses

- `401`: A key was sent and is not valid.
- `429`: Over one of the account's rate limits (rate_limited): `limit` names it, `retry_after` and Retry-After say how many seconds to wait. Limits are per account (the workspace owner when the request acts on a computer or a workspace) and set by its plan (x-rate-limits).
- `503`: Couldn’t read it. Try again.
