Lightweight wallet snapshot for OpenGraph image generation.

Reads smart_whales row (~5ms) for badges, name, markets, WR. For
total_pnl, prefers Polymarket canonical user-pnl-api (matches what
/wallet page displays) and falls back to smart_whales.total_pnl on
timeout/failure. Side metrics (volume, trades, roi) stay from
smart_whales.
