Most recent trades by smart whales (PnL > $100K). Cached 60s.

Optional category filter for /category/{slug} hub pages. Note SQL is
split into UNION ALL on lower(maker) and lower(taker) — Postgres
cannot use the lower(maker)/lower(taker) functional indexes when the
join condition is `OR`, so we run two index-friendly halves and
UNION ALL them together. ~6x faster (5s vs 32s) for category-filtered
queries.
