Recently resolved markets with outcomes.

10.10.2026 (Viktor OK; asked for a "check a whale yourself" script): with slug_prefix (e.g. mlb-, nfl-, lol-) the list is
every resolved market whose slug starts with it, optionally inside end_from / end_to (YYYY-MM-DD, by market end date),
newest end date first, paged by limit (<= 500) / offset, with has_more. Uses idx_markets_slug_prefix_closed. Without
slug_prefix the endpoint behaves as before (resolved in the last `days`, <= 100 rows).

10.10.2026 (Viktor OK): both modes list only markets with a final outcome (YES / NO, see _RESOLVED_SQL);
include_pending=1 also lists closed markets without one (outcome PENDING; final_price_yes null when there is no price).
