Every methodology change, dated and described: extraction-rule eras, metric redefinitions, sampling-design changes. Committed repo history merged with admin-appended entries, newest first, each entry carrying a stable anchor into https://www.orbator.io/ai-index/methodology#changelog — series breaks are disclosed, not discovered.

    - `source` 'file' | 'admin': Committed repo history vs admin-appended overlay
    - `anchor` string: Stable anchor on the public methodology page

## Other responses

- `429`: Hourly quota exceeded for the current tier. Retry after the Retry-After header.
