`POST /projects/{project_id}/tasks/{task_id}/timers`

- AddTaskTimer
  - `start_date` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the timer was started.
  - `end_date` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the timer has been stoped.
  - `notes` string: Notes for the timer.
