`POST /projects/{project_id}/tasks/{task_id}/comments`

## Request body

- CreateTaskComment
  - `data` string, required: Content of the comment.
  - `public` boolean: If the field is true, the comment will be team only visible. If false - the comment is public.

## Response `200`
