`GET /projects/{project_id}/members`

Success

- ProjectMember
  - `joined` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the user joined the project.
  - `leaves` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the user left the project.
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the project member was last updated.
  - `user_id` integer, required: Id of the user that is a member to the project.
  - `last_list` integer, required: Id of the list in the project that was last changed by the member.
  - `last_view` integer, required: Id of the view in the project that was last changed by the member.
  - `active` boolean, required: If true the user is active, false - inactive.
  - `email` string, required: Email of the member.
  - `full_name` string, required: Full name of the member(first and last name).
  - `profile_picture` string, required: Profile picture of the member. Stored in Amazon S3.
  - `dev_type` integer, required: The type of the member. 1 - admin and 2 - regular member.
