    - `mobileNumber` string, required: The phone number to be opted out (max length 255)
    - `customerId` string, required: The Optimove CustomerID associated with the phone number (max length 255)
    - `timestamp` string, date: Optional timestamp for when the unsubscribe occurred, if blank will be filled in with insertion time.
