# Get conversation details by remote conversation ID

`GET /v1/conversation/remote/{remoteConversationId}`

Retrieve detailed information about a conversation using the external remote conversation ID

## Response `200`

Conversation details retrieved successfully

- ConversationDetailsResponseDTO
  - `conversationId` object, required — The ID of the conversation
  - `type` 'Live' | 'Test', required — Whether the conversation is a real live conversation or a test conversation
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required — When the conversation was created (ISO 8601 format)
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required — When the conversation was last updated (ISO 8601 format)
  - `transcript` string, required — The transcript of the conversation
  - `customAttributes` object, required — The custom attributes of the conversation
  - `callRecordingLink` string — The link to the call recording if this is a voice ticket and the recording has been processed. The returned URL is a signed URL that will expire in 1 hour
  - `callDuration` number — The duration of the call in milliseconds
  - `summary` string — The summary of the conversation
  - `customer` object — Customer information including email, name, and phone number
  - `tags` string[] — Tags applied to the conversation
  - `csatScore` number — Customer satisfaction score (1-5 rating from customer feedback)
  - `csatCollectedAt` object — When the CSAT score was collected (ISO 8601 format)
  - `remoteTicketId` object, nullable — ID of the ticket in the external ticketing system (e.g. Zendesk ticket ID). Null for first-party channels.
