# Retry Pushes

`POST /v1/billing/internal/retry-pushes`

`ww`'s `billing-push-retry` schedule (every 30s) calls this to retry
every queued license push across every billed org. `push_license`
already owns the retry bookkeeping — it clears an entry's `pending_push`
row on success and re-queues it with `attempts` incremented on a repeat
failure (`_queue_push`) — so this just walks the queues and calls it
once per entry, under the same advisory lock every licenses write uses.
