# Join a sandbox organization

`POST /v1/sandbox-join`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openworklabs.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Joins the signed-in person to the sandbox organization with the sandbox's join role (member, or admin when its admin chose that) and makes it their active organization. Joining again is harmless and never changes an existing role.

Joined.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request.
- `401`: Sign in first.
- `403`: Verify your email first, or this account was removed from the sandbox.
- `404`: Unknown link, or sandbox organizations are turned off.
- `409`: The sandbox is closed, ended, full, or limited to other email domains.
- `429`: Too many attempts.
