# Get Automation settings

`GET /v1/org/automation-settings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openworklabs.com`
- URL: `https://api.openworklabs.com/v1/org/automation-settings`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns whether the organization allows Desktop Automations (run on a member's signed-in desktop) and Cloud Automations (run headlessly in OpenWork Cloud), and what members can run now. Cloud Automations also need the deployment's headless runner. Any member can read it.

    - `desktop` boolean, required

  - `deploymentEnabled` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `404`: Automation settings are not turned on for this organization.
