# Turn OpenWork Web on or off for a member

`POST /v1/members/{memberId}/openwork-web`

Chooses whether a member or pending invitation has OpenWork Web. The organization's OpenWork Web subscription bills only the people who have it, so the Stripe quantity follows each change, prorated on the next invoice. Needs the webPerMember feature.

## Response `200`

OpenWork Web was turned on or off for the member.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was invalid.
- `401`: The caller must be signed in.
- `403`: The caller needs the Manage billing permission and a recent sign-in.
- `404`: The member, the organization or the feature could not be found.
- `409`: This is the last person with OpenWork Web while the subscription is active. Cancel OpenWork Web from Billing instead.
