`GET /v1/inference-providers/{inferenceProviderId}/available-models`

Read-only trusted models.dev catalog for this provider, including models outside its current policy. Does not enable models or modify saved configuration; unsupported Gateway SDK models are excluded. Requires owner/admin and Gateway management.
