# Set an organization's free Auto rollout

`PATCH /v1/admin/organizations/{organizationId}/free-auto`

Allowlisted platform administrators only. Sets the organization rollout override; null restores the deployment default. Default rollout is off. Does not override the global kill switch, DPA, billing eligibility, desktop policy or allowance. Atomically preserves unrelated metadata and records the actor and previous state.

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid rollout or organization identifier.
- `401` — The caller must be authenticated.
- `403` — The authenticated user is not an admin.
- `404` — Organization not found.
- `503` — Organization metadata could not be read.
