# Start an organization's Enterprise plan

`POST /v1/admin/organizations/{organizationId}/enterprise-subscription`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openworklabs.com`
- URL: `https://api.openworklabs.com/v1/admin/organizations/{organizationId}/enterprise-subscription`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Creates a Stripe Enterprise subscription on a custom per-user price of the Enterprise product, billed by invoice, never below the committed minimum users. Cancels a Team plan subscription with a prorated credit. Body: { priceId, minimumUsers, billingEmail, daysUntilDue? }.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request body, organization id or price was invalid.
- `401`: The caller must be authenticated.
- `403`: The authenticated user is not an admin.
- `404`: The organization does not exist, or Enterprise plan billing is off for it.
- `409`: The organization already has an Enterprise subscription.
- `503`: Stripe Enterprise billing is not configured on this deployment.
