`POST /oauth/revoke`

## Request

Takes an access or refresh token and revokes the OAuth connection it
belongs to. Always 200, known token or not (RFC 7009 2.2). Only keys an
OAuth flow minted can be revoked here: a hand-made key is managed from the
account page, never by whoever holds it.
