# Add items

`POST /conversations/{conversation_id}/items`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openscale.so/v1`
- URL: `https://api.openscale.so/v1/conversations/{conversation_id}/items`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add up to 20 items to the end of the conversation.

## Request body

- object
  - `items` object[], required

## Response `200`

The added items.

- object
  - `object` 'list', required
  - `data` object[], required
  - `first_id` string, nullable, required
  - `last_id` string, nullable, required
  - `has_more` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid items, or an item already in the conversation.
- `404`: No conversation with this id.
