`GET /audit-trail/evidence-pack`

## Request

A ZIP for an auditor or enterprise customer: summary PDF, the records as CSV, public timestamp proofs and a hash manifest.
Optional period_from / period_to (YYYY-MM-DD) limit the time-based records. Viewer+ role; paid plans (the plan is the
business owner's, not the teammate's).
