  - `local_minute` integer: Minute in workspace local time (0-59)
  - `utc_hour` integer, required: Legacy field name for the workspace-local hour (0-23)
  - `utc_minute` integer, required: Legacy field name for the workspace-local minute (0-59)
  - `workspace_id` string, required: Workspace ID
